The Beginning of a Meaningful Bond
In August 2015, Big Brother Sam and Little Logan were matched through BBBS of the Central Blue Ridge one-to-one mentoring program, and little did they know, this connection would blossom into a beautiful friendship. As their match recently closed in January 2024 on Logan's 18th birthday, it marked not just the end of a chapter but the beginning of a lifelong bond.

The duration of Sam and Logan's match is truly remarkable, surpassing the average match length in mentorship programs. Celebrating the closing of their match, we are proud to highlight this as a shining example of a successful mentorship.
