Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge’s Chair of the Board of Directors, Beth Morris, is walking the walk. Not only does she lead the Board in strategic endeavors, she also supports our mission and work through active participation with our Philanthropy and The Big Serve Planning Committees, helping at events, advocating for the organization and those we serve in the community, and giving of her talents, time, and resources. As a member The 1904 Society, our major gifts circle, and the presenting sponsor of The Big Serve, Beth is offering a generous and creative opportunity for all BBBSCBR donors to leverage their giving for the greatest good.
Make a gift by midnight on June 30 and Beth will match your gift one-to-one. That’s right! Beth will match every dollar donated, up to a total of $10,000. Your gift of $25 becomes $50, $100 becomes $200; $250 becomes $500; and so on.

The 1904 Giving Society
The 1904 Society is a leadership giving circle for individuals, foundations, and businesses dedicated to and energized by the mission and work of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge. The 1904 Society’s goal is to provide the long-term philanthropic foundation to sustain – and grow – this invaluable community resource.
Members give at least $5,000 annually and are encouraged to make multi-year commitments. Gifts are unrestricted, supporting BBBS’s areas of greatest need.
